When the U.S. Air Force faced an overwhelming surge in mobile application demand, they founded BESPIN. Since 2019, Fearless has partnered with BESPIN to establish the Mobile Center of Excellence — implementing leadership programs, building a Design Studio for user-centered innovation, and mentoring Airmen in agile practices.
Kessel Run's Wing Operations portfolio needed to retire spreadsheets, whiteboards, and legacy software managing flight scheduling. Fearless developed Aviato — a cloud-native solution automating manual processes, reducing errors, and improving operational efficiency across multiple units.
ARMS enables flight supervisors to make informed resource allocation decisions — but had become outdated with significant performance issues. Fearless modernized ARMS while transitioning the team from waterfall to agile. We rebuilt database infrastructure, implemented iterative improvements, and restored stakeholder confidence through pair programming and embedded coaching.
As a Platform One BOA holder, Fearless delivers DevSecOps services into the Air Force's enterprise software factory infrastructure — supporting ATO-accredited pipelines, container hardening, and cloud-native application deployment in both classified and unclassified environments.
