This project aims to enhance Login.gov's capabilities through data analytics, aligning with Fearless's expertise in delivering innovative solutions for government platforms.

As part of our data analytics contract, our team is focusing on:
- Developing comprehensive data analytics capabilities
- Assessing the suitability and applicability of various analyses while understanding their limitations and compliance requirements
- Defining intended outcomes and validating corresponding baseline product metrics to measure success
- Prioritizing recommended opportunities by analyzing benefit factors, feasibility, and value

The Fearless data analytics team will anonymously analyze patterns across various program value streams, including business operations, overall performance, privacy safeguards, and security protocols.
