We’re proud to announce that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded Fearless a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract for the Data Analytics Supporting Healthcare pact (also known as DASH).

Fearless is one of just 10 companies or partners that was selected for this five-year, $500 million BPA, which will be used to support initiatives that improve quality of care, health outcomes, and beneficiary experiences.

The BPA will help CMS adopt more agile delivery services in areas including:

  • IT management and governance,
  • Business process analysis,
  • Human-centered design,
  • Solution architecture and design,
  • Application development and configuration,
  • Analytics and reporting,
  • System integration.

“The DASH contract aligns with our continuous growth in the Data Science field,” said Fearless’ Chief Growth Officer, Greg Godbout. “Around 13 years ago, we started working with intelligence agencies providing data-driven solutions. Our data skills have continued to grow since then. Today, we support projects where agencies are growing their internal Data Governance, Strategy, Management, and Adoption.”

Under the DASH contract, we’ll work with our partner, Analytica, through a Contractor Teaming Arrangement (CTA).

“Through our partnership with Analytica, we are now in a Prime position that will allow us to scale our Data Science and Data Engineering practices,” says Greg.

Streamlining government services and advancing digital transformation.

Fearless was also recently awarded an 8(a) STARS III contract by the General Services Administration (GSA). This governmentwide acquisition contract is widely used by federal agencies, and the 5-year contract will end in February 2027.

These awards align with President Biden’s goal to streamline government services and advance digital transformation.

The Technology Modernization Fund model was recently restructured to prioritize investments to:

  • Address urgent IT modernization needs,
  • Bolster cybersecurity defenses,
  • Foster cross-agency collaboration,
  • Improve the delivery of government services for all Americans,
  • Support services that can be scaled across government.

Through our DASH, 8(a) STARS III, and other contract vehicles, we aim to help our government clients implement the digital services best practices needed to transform the experience of their customers.
