As part of a continuing relationship with the United States Air Force, Fearless has signed a contract to assist the Air Force in scaling a secure platform. The platform — LogUX, — will meet all Air Force accreditation and security standards with a path to production into the Air Force Cloud One operational environment.
In addition to providing support for LogUX, Fearless will be working with military members to scale their own applications for the platform.
Supporting technical excellence in the Air Force.
“There's more and more a need for technical excellence in the Air Force and if a project is inefficient then valuable time isn't utilized,” said Fearless CEO and founder Delali Dzriasa. “There's a huge need for development skills in the military. We’re proud to work with the Air Force to train a workforce to build their own applications and software.”
One Fearless team is working with DevSecOps platform operations to automate and scale the platform capabilities for the Air Force. Two others will be scaling the operational capabilities of two applications as the Air Force continues to modernize logistics systems.
As with all projects within BESPIN we will be leveraging a “Learning by Doing” approach. This means we'll be pairing and coaching the Air Force on digital services like UX design thinking and the Agile methodology as a part of their enablement.
Air Force developers will be working alongside Fearless team members and will eventually be able to carry all projects on their own.
Digital transformation at the Air Force.
“The US Air Force is undergoing a digital transformation,” Dzirasa said. “We’re prepared to provide them with the knowledge and ability needed to align people, processes, and technology to better serve the men and women who serve our country,”
These services will provide the agency with the knowledge and abilities to drive toward the delivery of quality products within rapid time frames through the utilization of industry best practices.
This is the third contract Fearless has begun with the Air Force, as part of BESPIN. Fearless is currently in the process of hiring support for this project in Montgomery, Alabama and to establish an office in the community.
“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Fearless. The US Air Force is entrusting us to get BESPIN off the ground and we want to make sure we make good on that trust,” Dzirasa said.
