The Department of Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is the federal agency that oversees lawful immigration to the United States. On an average day, USCIS adjudicates more than 40,500 requests for various immigration benefits.

Fearless is part of a four-member team, comprised of Fearless, Pluribus Digital, 540, and CTG that has been awarded a $135 million, 4-year Biometrics Information Management Services (BIMS) contract to support USCIS. The team is delivering as a Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA).

We're honored to continue supporting critical biometrics and scheduling management functions. The work is integral to granting benefits including citizenship, asylum, residency, and work authorization. This will lead to improved customer experience, reduced wait times, and reduced processing costs to USCIS.
